Consent & Data Use Agreement

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily providing my personal and professional details to Groundz.work, an Employer of Record (EOR) platform operated by Carbon Groundz, India.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Purpose of Data Collection
   My data is collected solely for the purpose of employment matching with companies seeking remote full-time Indian professionals.

2. Confidentiality & Data Visibility

   • My contact information (name, email, phone, resume, LinkedIn, etc.) will remain private and will not be published publicly.

   • Only anonymized profile information (skills, experience, location, job title, etc.) will be visible to verified employers.

3. Use of Data for Screening and Internal Assessment

   • I allow Groundz.work to analyze my profile for internal evaluation and add internal notes to improve candidate-employer matching.

4. Sharing with Third-Party Employers

   • I consent to my anonymized profile being shared with vetted client companies for job consideration.

   • My full profile will only be shared when an interview is scheduled and approved.

5. Exclusive Representation & No Direct Contact

   • I agree not to engage, freelance, or work directly with any client introduced to me by Groundz.work without prior written approval.

   • If I do so, I acknowledge that Groundz.work may initiate legal action and I may be liable to pay a penalty equivalent to 1 year of my offered salary.

   • If a company associated with Groundz.work contacts me independently, I will inform Groundz.work and will not proceed without their consent.

6. Data Retention
   I consent to my profile being retained for up to 24 months for potential future opportunities, unless I request earlier deletion.

7. Data Removal & Contact
   I can request my data to be removed at any time by emailing [email protected] or submitting a request through the website.

8. Agreement to Terms
   I confirm that I have read and agree to Groundz.work’s  privacy policy and terms and conditions.
